Download our mobile app today and see what rewards are available to redeem using your points. Just for signing up, you will receive a free bagel with cream cheese with purchase as a special thank you for signing up and a every year on your birthday! And don’t worry, your info will never leave our bakery. We respect your privacy and will not rent or sell your information at any time.

You can log into your account at rewards.brueggers.com/Login to update all of your current information. Depending on where you live, we may or may not have locations in your area that are participating in the Bruegger’s Bagels Inner Circle so you may not get emails from us.

You can redeem your Bruegger’s Bagels Inner Circle Rewards by visiting a participating Bruegger’s Bagels bakery near you and presenting your barcode from the Bruegger’s Bagels mobile app or by providing your phone number to the cashier.

In the Bruegger’s Bagels app: Based on the number of Points in your account, you can redeem for things like brewed coffee, bagels & cream cheese, egg sandwiches and more. To redeem points towards one of these rewards, go to “My Rewards” in the app menu. Under ‘Redeem It’ select ‘Redeem Now’ for the reward you want to use your points for. Once you have confirmed, your reward will be loaded to your account and you will have 14 days to use before the reward expires. To use a loaded reward from our points menu, scan your barcode when ordering in-bakery or tap ‘Add to Mobile Order’ to begin ordering and using the reward through the app. Note that some rewards can only be used when ordering in-bakery.

You can join the Bruegger’s Inner Circle Rewards Program by going to rewards.brueggers.com/join. Input your email address and phone number and click “Join”. You can also join by downloading our mobile app from the Apple and Google Play app stores.

You can now log into your account online by going to rewards.brueggers.com/Login and create an account if you haven’t already done so, or simply download the Bruegger’s Bagels mobile app. Once logged into the website or the mobile app, you will be able to view and change information about your account including name, birthdate, city, state & zip code as well as whether you would like to receive emails from us (we recommend you do this so you can be sure to stay up to date on our promotions and offers). If you download the mobile app you can also view your points balance and redeem points towards rewards, check-in and pay with the mobile app, as well as view our menu, find a location and more!

Go to rewards.brueggers.com/Login and select “Create/Forgot Password”. You will be redirected to the Password Reset page. From here, input the email address associated with your Inner Circle account. An email will then be sent to you to reset the password. Simply click the “Reset Password” link in the email and you will be redirected to the password reset page. NOTE: The email address with the password reset link will come from “Customer Relations” and the sender’s email address will be guest@paytronix.com.

If you are a first time user who is a member of the Bruegger’s Inner Circle Rewards Program but you have never accessed your account online you will need to create a new password. You can do this by selecting “Create/Forgot Password” and entering the email address associated with your Inner Circle account and inputting a new password of your choice. The password requires at least 8 characters and you must use at least one numeric and one capital letter.

We ask for your phone # as it serves as your member ID. You can provide your phone # to the cashier at your local bakery to check-in and redeem rewards. We will not contact you via phone or text for any reason.

As a member of the Bruegger’s Inner Circle Rewards Program, we will send you a reward for a free bagel and cream cheese with purchase for your birthday (valid for 14 days). Make sure to add your birthday to your account to ensure you get this treat on your special day!

We are so sorry to see you go! You can unsubscribe from receiving our emails by logging into your account at rewards.brueggers.com/login and unchecking the box located at the bottom of your account page under “Email notifications”. You can also unsubscribe by selecting the “Unsubscribe” link on the bottom of any Bruegger’s Bagels Inner Circle email you have received from us and you will be redirected to a page that will provide confirmation that you have been removed from our email list.
